Frequently Asked Questions

Families traveling with young children will appreciate that we understand the importance of having the necessary baby items for your stay, and we are happy to provide baby bath, pack and play, and high chair upon advance request. Please note that the availability of baby bath and high chairs are limited, so we recommend making requests in advance to ensure that we can accommodate your needs.

All pets must be approved, and are considered on a case-by-case basis.

• NO CATS.
• Pets must be approved by the host prior to booking or a $150 fee will be charged to the guest automatically.
• A $75 pet fee will be applied for all approved pets.
• 1 dog maximum.
• No pets over 35lbs and/or under 2 years, unless otherwise approved by host.

ID Verification:
Every guest must submit a photo of their ID once a booking is confirmed. Failure to provide an ID may result in no refund.

No Smoking:
Smoking, vaping, and marijuana are prohibited inside the apartment, outside the window, and directly in front of the building. Violations will result in a $350 cleaning fee and possible eviction.

Quiet Hours:
After 10 pm, please keep noise to a minimum. Avoid loud music and be mindful of your steps. Noise complaints may result in the termination of your reservation. Be especially quiet when entering or leaving the building during late hours.

No Parties or Gatherings:
Only registered guests are allowed inside the unit. No parties or gatherings are permitted. If you expect visitors, please get approval from the host.

Wi-Fi:
Wi-Fi passwords can be found in your check-in information. Streaming options are available, please log into your favorite services with your credentials. We do not offer cable TV.

Check-In/Out:
Check-in is at or after 3pm.
Check-out is by 11am.

Guests may request an early check-in. When an early check-in is available, a $75 early check-in fee will be assessed.

We are unable to accommodate late check-outs. Unapproved late check-outs will automatically be assessed a fee of $150.

We are more than happy to offer early luggage drop-off after 11:30. If you’d like to drop off your luggage early, please let us know. Feel free to find a corner or closet in the unit where you can leave your bags. If you have personal items, snacks, food, or drinks that you would like to leave behind, please let us know and we will inform the cleaners. However, please keep in mind that we cannot be held responsible for any missing items.

Once cleaning is completed, you are welcome to return to the unit at or after the official check-in time, 3pm.

We also offer late luggage storage on checkout day. It’s important to note that the previous guest may need to return before 2:30 pm to gather their belongings. If you are interested in storing your luggage until 2:30pm after your 11am checkout, please let us know!

Additional Requests:
Please notify the host in advance if you need extra linens or baby equipment.

Same Day Check Ins:

• Same-day bookings after 3 PM may require waiting an hour for cleaning.

We have limited on-site, off-street parking spots available for $40 per night, located right behind the building. Please note that parking is on a first-come, first-served basis. Payment request will be sent once booking is confirmed.

The following taxes will be automatically added to your bill:

• Room Occupancy Excise Tax (Boston): 6%
• Room Occupancy Excise Tax (Massachusetts): 5.7%
• Convention Center Financing Fee (Boston): 2.75%
• Community Impact Fee (Boston): 3%

Guests may receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days before the listing’s local check-in time. After 48 hours, guests are only entitled to a 50% refund regardless of how far the check-in date is.

The guest will also receive a 50% refund of the accommodation fees if they cancel between 7 and 14 days before the booking begins. They will also receive a refund for the cleaning fee. If the guest cancels a reservation fewer than 7 days in advance, they won’t be eligible for any refund.
