About the Space

Welcome to our newly renovated third floor apartment in the heart of Boston’s vibrant Back Bay neighborhood. Located just steps from the Prudential Mall, Hynes Convention Center, and Newbury Street, this apartment is the perfect base for exploring the city. The apartment features a comfortable queen bed, top-of-the-line leather couch with a pull-out full-size bed, a stylish desk for working, and a dining area for four. The apartment is open-concept with no doors to the living room. Stay connected with the convenience of a large flat-screen TV with streaming capabilities and high-speed WiFi.

The brand new kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped with new appliances, including a stove, fridge, coffee maker, blender, microwave, toaster, electric tea kettle, nicer pots and pans, knife set, and more, allowing you to easily prepare your own meals. We also provide an iron, ironing board, broom, and small fan.

For your convenience, there is a coin-operated laundry located down the hall on the same floor, which can be easily used with coins or through an app on your smart phone. Our units have central AC/heating with mini split units that can be controlled to your liking inside the apartment, ensuring your comfort throughout your stay.

Families traveling with young children will appreciate that we understand the importance of having the necessary baby items for your stay, and we are happy to provide baby bath, pack and play, and high chair upon advance request. Please note that the availability of baby bath and high chairs are limited, so we recommend making requests in advance to ensure that we can accommodate your needs.

This apartment is one of 10 units in our charming Brownstone on Saint Botolph Street. We also have parking out back for an additional $40/night with parking reservation on a first come first serve basis. Book your stay today and experience all that Boston has to offer!

As the host, we reserve the right to request a photo identification prior to sending check-in instructions. Please understand that there will be no refund for failure to provide proper identification.

For families traveling with young children, if you require a pack n' play, we are happy to provide one for $50 per stay. You will need to request this 24-48 hours in advance so that we can make sure it is in the unit for your arrival.

For those traveling with support or service animals, we do require a doctor's note or signed certificate to accommodate your needs.

We are pleased to announce that we have recently upgraded our heating and air conditioning system. During the winter months, you will have the ability to adjust your own heat, and during the summer months, you will be able to adjust the temperature of the air conditioning. Please note that it is not appropriate to use the heat during the summer or the air conditioning during the winter. If you encounter any issues with the heating or air conditioning system during your stay, please do not hesitate to contact us for guidance.

Additionally, we offer off-street parking spot for $40 per night. Payment for this service will be processed through airbnb.com. If you are interested, please let us know as soon as possible as the spot will be reserved on a first-paid, first-served basis.

Refund & Dispute Policy

Guests may receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days before the listing’s local check-in time. After 48 hours, guests are only entitled to a 50% refund regardless of how far the check-in date is.

The guest will also receive a 50% refund of the accommodation fees if they cancel between 7 and 14 days before the booking begins. They will also receive a refund for the cleaning fee but not the service fee. If the guest cancels a reservation fewer than 7 days in advance, they won’t be eligible for any refund.
